GÖNCYAN (Tavit) – Ermeni asıllı bir aydın kişi ;1818 de Hasköyde doğdu ; gencliğinde bir süre Hasköydeki S.Nersesyan mektebinde türkçe muallimliği yapdı. 1867 de Ticaret Nezaretinde,1869-1870 arasında da Nafia Nezaretinde mütercimlikde bulundu .Türkçe yazan ermeni yazarlarının en değerlilerinden ridir.Çok iyi fransızca bilirdi.1880 de Üsküdarda vefat etmişdir.
