BENLİYAN (Dr. Minas Bey)
Aslen Edirnelidir. 1875 de Asker Tıbbiye Mektebinden mezun olmuştur. 1877 - 1878 yılları Osmanlı - Rus Harbi ve Bosna - Hersek İhtilâl harekeleri esnasında, Türk Ordusunda, hizmetleri sebketmiştir. Keza, Edirne, Basra, Karahisar ve Eskişehirdeki Askeri birliklerdeki vazifede bulunmuştur. 1908 de binbaşı rütbesini haizken vefat etmiştir.
