On sekizinci asır hattatlarından; babası Sipahi ocağı kethüdası Bandırmalı Mustafa Efendidir; kendisi Sipahi kalemi kâtiplerinden olup nesih ve sülüs yazıyı Şeyh Mehmed Efendiden tahsil etmiştir (H. 1191) 1777 de ölmüştür.
