İstanbul argosunda, kahvesi eser mikdârı, tadı, kokusu olamayan bir kara sudan ibaret pişirilmiş kahve; meselâ eski kalemde “Kahveciyi değiştirmeli.. bu ne yâhû.. harem ağasının aptest suyu!..” denilirdi.
