ALLAHVERDİ EFENDİ (Ohannes)
Meşhur bir Ermeni iktisatçısı ve maliyecisidir. 1823 de İstanbulda doğmuş ve 1915 de İstanbulda vefat etmiştir. Muhtemelen Apraham Amiranın oğludur. 1877 de İlk Osmanlı Mebusan Meclisine girmiş ve ikinci celsede ikinci reis seçilmiştir. Keza maliye işelerini düzenlemek gayesiyle teşkil olunan bir komisyona da âza olmuştur.
