ALİ RİZA BEY (Alacamescidli Binbaşı)
Asker ressamlarımızdan, 1850 de doğmuştur, 1869 da henüz ondokuz yaşında iken Harbiye Mekteinden mezun olmuş, askerî rüşdiyelerde resim muallimliği yapmış, Hicaz fırkasına gönderilmiş ve 1890 - 1895 arasında orada ölmüştür.
