On sekizinci asır hattatlarından; memleketinden yazı öğrenmek üzere İstanbula gelmiş, Mirahur camii imamı Emir Efendinin talebesi olmuş ve icazetname almıştı. (H. 1179) 1765 deki büyük zelzelede korkusundan ölmüş, Üsküdara defnedilmiştir.
