ALEKSANYAN (Diran Bey)
Osmanlı Devleti hizmetinde bulunan Ermeni Katolik eşhastan 1862 sıralarında Belçikada Türkiye sefiri olmuştur. Bilâhare İstanbula avdet ederek P.T.T. müfettişliğinde bulunmuştur. 1870 de ise Ermeni katolik cemaatinin idare meclisinin reisi olarak zikredilmektedir (Y. Çark. «Türk Devleti Hizmetinde Ermeniler» İstanbul 1953, s. 264).
