AHMEDPAŞA MEKTEBİ
İstanbulun eski mahalle mektepnerinin en meşhurlarından biri; Samatyada Davudpaşa iskelesinde Kasapilyas mahallesile Kürkçübaşı mahallesi arasındaki Bekârbey sokağında Abaîmescidi harabesi karşısındadır. 1946 da Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi Cerrahpaşa semt ocağı olarak kullanılmakta idi. Yaptıran Sadırazam Şehlâ Ahmed Paşadır.
