On sekizinci asır kapıcıbaşılarından, Kösec Halil Paşanın oğlu, Enderunu hümayundan yetişti, 1766 (H. 1180) da öldü. Enderunda iken Mirahor Camii imamı Seyyid Abdullah Efendiden sülüs ve nesih yazı meşki görmüş ve icazetnâme almış, devrinin namlı hattatları arasında anılmıştır.
