ABDÜLKADİR BEY
On dokuzuncu asır tâlik hattatlarından, 1785 de İstanbulda doğdu. Medreseden yetişti; 1829 da Ruslarla Edirne sulh müzakeratında Osmanlı devleti adına ikinci murahhasslık yaptı; ilmiye mesleğinde Rumeli kazaskerliği pâyesine kadar yükseldi, 1845 de öldü.
