MUSTAFA EFENDİ ( Hocazâde ) – Onaltıncı asır ulemâsından , Fatihde Otlukcu Yokuşunda Hâcegî Mescidinin bânisi (B.: Hâcegî Mescidi) ; asrının ünlü şeyhlerinden Ramazan Efendinin kız kardeşinin oğludur , Haleb ve Medine kadılıklarında bulunmuş , hicrî 998 (m.1580-1590) da İstanbulda vefât ederek Eyyubda defnedilmişdir. Bu kısa haltercemesini kaydeden Hadikatül Cevâmi : “ İbliszâde dahi derlermiş . Rahmetullâhü alaylı” diyer .
