İSKENDER ÇELEBİ – Hadikatül Cevâmiin kaydına göre Sarmaşık semtindeki Merdivenli Mescidin bânisi bir hayır sâhibi. Hadikadının bu zâte lakab olarak gösterdiği isim iki türlü okunabilir, “ Müyessir ” okunursa “ İşin kolayını bulan, kolaycı ”,“ Meysir ” okunursa “ kumarbaz ” mânasınadır. Hayatı hakkında bilgi edinilemedi.
