LALANGA – Yakın geçmişe kadar İstanbula hem evlerde hem de aşcı dükkânlarında sık yapılır bir hamur tatlısı ,şöyle tarif edilmişdir :
Yüz dirhem unu üç yumurta biraz tuz ile yoğurup lokma hamurundan daha ziyade sulandırmalı ve bir tencereye koyup kıvılcımlı kıvılcımlı kül üzerinden kapalı olarak iki saat bekletmeli. Sonra fincan ile alıp kızgın yağa döküp kızardıktan sonra almalı, yağı süzüldükte tabak lara dizmeli ve üzerine kestirilmiş ağdalıca şekeri gezdirmeli.
